Agreement
By accessing codeoxi.com ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to all visitors and users of CodeOxi.
What CodeOxi is
CodeOxi is an independent software studio that builds and distributes apps, extensions, desktop tools, and mobile software. Some products are free, some are paid. By using any CodeOxi product or service, you agree to these terms.
Use of the Site
You may use CodeOxi for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content in bulk without prior written permission
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, its servers, or its database
- Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our database or product listings for commercial use
Third-party links
Product cards on CodeOxi link to external websites operated by third parties. We do not control these sites, endorse their content, or take responsibility for their terms, privacy practices, or accuracy. Clicking an external link is at your own risk.
Pricing information (Free or Paid) for CodeOxi products reflects current pricing and may change. Always check the product page for the latest pricing.
Licenses, payments and refunds
Paid CodeOxi software is unlocked with a license key bought at codeoxi.com/buy-key.
- Plans. An Individual key works on 1 computer; a Pro key works on up to 5 computers. Some products unlock more features with Pro; each product page lists what every plan includes.
- Term. A key is valid for 30 days from the moment it is issued and does not renew automatically. To keep using paid features, buy a new key; we email a reminder 3 days before a key expires. When a key expires, products that have a free tier return to it.
- Payment. Prices are in Vietnamese dong (VND). ACB transfers through payOS are confirmed automatically. TPBank, MoMo and PayPal payments are confirmed by hand within 24 hours. PayPal prices in USD are a rounded conversion of the VND price. Always use the order code shown at checkout as the transfer note.
- Delivery. Your key is sent to the email address entered at checkout. If you lose it, request it again under "Lost your key?" on the buy page; keys are only ever sent to that address.
- Moving to another computer. Email us and we will release the old computer so the key can be activated on the new one, free of charge. We may decline transfers that look like sharing one key between more people than the plan allows.
- Refunds. You may ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the software does not work on your computer as described and we cannot fix the problem; you then get a full refund. Payments above the order amount, duplicate payments and payments for cancelled orders are refunded in full. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 business days. We do not refund keys that were used and are no longer wanted, or keys that expired.
- Misuse. Sharing a key beyond its device limit, reselling it, or attempting to bypass the license check may lead to the key being revoked without a refund.
Intellectual property
The CodeOxi name, logo, and site design are our property. Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
Blog posts published on CodeOxi are our original content. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original post. Full reproduction without permission is not permitted.
Disclaimer of warranties
CodeOxi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses. Product information may be incomplete or inaccurate — use it as a starting point, not a final source of truth.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeOxi and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product you discover through it. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid license shall not exceed the amount you paid for that license; for everything else on the Site, which is free to use, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; if unresolved, through the competent courts of Vietnam.
